Dan has traveled extensively throughout North & South America, Asia and Europe in his past role as President of Hormel HealthLabs and currently as a founding partner of Medtrition, Inc. Meeting with leading doctors, RD’s, and nurses in those countries, Dan has seen first hand how the different healthcare models in various countries affects quality of care, patient choice and also influences the decision making process that doctors, nurse and nutrition providers make to address the challenges that everyone faces. Dan has focused on the similarity of challenges all healthcare providers are facing daily and the opportunity to rethink how we approach those decisions to improve outcomes and reduce the cost of care.
