We are pleased to offer another year of GoodLife Fitness Corporate Membership! Both new and existing GoodLife members can take advantage of this great offer. An added benefit of the Corporate Membership Program is the ability to add a family member to your Corporate Membership once you have registered.

What is the Corporate Membership rate?

CSNM members receive 30% off in-club membership rates and do not have an enrollment fee. The cost will depend upon which membership option is selected.

Enter Company/Organization: Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (Note when typing in the program name, please enter Canadian Society of Nutrition Management and just pause, do not hit enter, the name will populate below, which you can then click on)

Enter your unique CSNM Member ID.

*You must be a CSNM member with an active CSNM Membership to register*

The enrollment process will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Have your payment information and your existing GoodLife Membership number or key tag barcode (if applicable) readily available. If you also wish to enroll a family member, have their information available before you begin the registration process. GoodLife will send you a copy of your membership agreement electronically after you’ve completed the online registration process.
