Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking an innovative leader with the ability to enhance existing system and process design solutions, and explore new opportunities for improving departmental efficiencies and operational standards. The Supervisor will collaborate with employees to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong cooperative working relationship with all programs. The Supervisor will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with HSN’s dieticians.

The successful candidate should have a two (2) year Diploma in Business Administration or in a related field, from an accredited college. The successful candidate should also be eligible for membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) and Ontario Food Service Supervisors’ Association. We are looking for a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in an institutional food service department, preferably within a unionized health care environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a dietician role.
