Recent CSNM Accredited Program Graduates

Congratulations, now you are probably wondering what the next step is in obtaining an Active Membership with the CSNM.

It's easy, all you need to do is complete the online application for Active membership.  If you prefer, you can also download and print an application form to mail or fax into the CSNM Office.  Either way, it is extremely important that you also provide us with a copy of your diploma.

If you were a student member and paid the $40.00 student fee, then the $40.00 application fee will be waived. However, if this is your first application, you will be required to remit the $40.00 application fee along with your application and copy of your diploma.
