Emily Quenneville, MScFN, RD
Emily is a Registered Dietitian working in renal nutrition at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital in Windsor, Ontario. She has worked with various renal groups, but now primarily deals with out-patient dialysis patients. In addition, Emily also works as a LTC RD, where she has experienced first-hand the challenges of implementing renal diets in LTC settings. While working in dialysis, she frequently communicates with dietitians working in LTC to help them demystify renal diets, as well as brainstorm techniques to help apply the often multiple components of these diets.
