Emily is a Registered Dietitian working in renal nutrition at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital in Windsor, Ontario. She has worked with various renal groups, but now primarily deals with out-patient dialysis patients. In addition, Emily also works as a LTC RD, where she has experienced first-hand the challenges of implementing renal diets in LTC settings.
